Helen is a Chartered Psychologist with over 20 years experience in the design and implementation of effective and fair employee selection and assessment systems. She has developed over 100 original psychometric tests and questionnaires, many ground-breaking. She has researched and published widely on equal opportunities topics as well as psychometrics and selection issues. She has a strong belief that fairness is fundamental to all assessment activity.
Bryn works as a consultant focused on leadership development, change management, organisational effectiveness and talent management, particularly the identification and development of high potential employees. He has coached CEO’s and senior executives of global businesses in the UK, USA and Middle East, and advised top leadership teams in the strategic deployment and development of their people and organisations.
Tina is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist who studied at Bradford and Sheffield Universities. She started working as a consultant in 1991 with the SHL Group, the world’s largest occupational psychology consultancy. She spent ten years with SHL during which she managed a team of consultants and was involved in a diverse selection of consultancy projects spanning clients across all industry sectors.
